There are several diversion projects on Colorado that could help with it… Just run a pipeline from the Missouri River to the Rockies and pump it up to either the green river to flow into the Colorado river or to lake Granby and use the tunnel project up there to power the pump. Either way the Missouri has the same amount of water as the Mississippi.

Since Canada does have quite a bit of this resource, it could put the country in a precarious position. Since DJT also doesn’t like the overall prosperity of Canada, this is all the more reason to keep him away.
