Yeah, the 2 cats I had before never did it, but apparently it's pretty common when they're excited about hunting something, or they want to hunt it but they can't. The classic is watching birds outside the window- the cat I have now does that all the time & it's freaking hilarious, he sounds so silly! It sounds extra-cute coming from DD tho, cos he's so big!
