I forgot. I actually recorded this video about 2 years ago. But in all my 9 playthroughs this was the only time I've ever come across it. It's def very hard to get it to spawn. Maybe it depends on the time of day

I literally just got it, and was surprised how similar the end was to the creepy guy stalking Charlotte. I am currently as John, and already bought the ranch, I believe Epilogue 2? I can't recall exactly where I am at, but not long after the purchase of the ranch and building the house and barn.

@@DroneShotFPV Yeah, that's epilogue 2... epilogue 1 is working at Pronghorn ranch. That's cool that you were able to get it to trigger, I still haven't... but at least I know it can happen any time with Arthur or John, so thanks for the info!

​@@livewire2759 So the way I triggered it was I didn't do a single bounty hunter mission as Arthur (the more you know.. lol) and I started so as John with Sadie... I was in Rhodes after getting Cortez with Sadie and saw a poster in the station for Mark Johnson. It took me to his location below the the O in Lemoyne right near where the road splits and curves right or goes straight if I remember correctly, just above Rhodes. Anyway, I captured Mark who is sorta shady, but goes quietly as he puts it. That whole event plays out, I deliver him ,etc and I want to see if his family is still there even after I took him in, and in their place was the lady in the video!

@@DroneShotFPV Ok... well, unfortunately that doesn't help much. I always save the bounty missions for John, and I've also gone back to that location to see if his family was still there. However, perhaps that indicates that the Johnson bounty mission MUST be done before she shows up... so I'll try it again when I get around to it and I'll go directly there after finishing that bounty. Again, thanks for the info... I'll try to remember to let you know if it works for me.
