蒜蓉蒸勝瓜:
材料:
勝瓜1條
蒜頭6粒
處理:
1. 勝瓜,刨去皮,刨深一點,保留少許幼嫩的皮在勝瓜上。
2. 蒜頭,去皮,刴碎。
3. 蒜蓉調味:
a. 糖半茶匙
b. 鮑魚汁半茶匙
4. 中火在鑊中燒熱油1湯匙。
5. 滾油灒入蒜蓉內,撈勻。
6. 勝瓜,切1吋一舊,放上碟。
7. 在勝瓜頂部,鋪上少許蒜蓉。
烹調:
1. 大火煲滾1鑊水。
2. 大火蒸勝瓜5分鐘。
3. 蒸好,完成,可享用。
Steamed luffa with garlics:
Ingredients:
Luffa 1 log
Garlics 6 Nos.
Preparation:
1. Luffa, get it peeled, peel off the hard roots, retain soft skin on luffa.
2. Garlics, get it peeled, chop well.
3. Season the garlics:
a. Sugar 0.5 tsp
b. Abalone sauce 0.5 tsp
4. Heat up oil 1 tbsp at medium flame in wok.
5. Pour hot oil into garlics sauce, mix well.
6. Luffa, cut in 1" per each. Put on plate.
7. Put little garlics sauce on each luffa piece.
Steps:
1. Heat up a wok of water.
2. Steam the luffa at high flame for 5 minutes.
3. Steam well. Complete. Serve.
