Si lo puede configurar, solo que en Mexico requiere del chip telcel, ya le puse at&t, unefon, y bait y no queda las lineas de red estan rojas, con el unico que funciona en mexico es con telcel. ahora ayuda para liberarlo y pueda mas compañias de movil? alguna solucion?

How so? I just received mine. Though when I do speed test it only gets me 3mbps. But when the sim is inserted to my phone I have a 40'sh mbps or something.😅
