My Dad bought me slavic mythology book few years ago. There were few stories about Vesna, but my fav and most detailed was when her husband, god of the Sun, Dadzbog, was seduced and kidnapped to the underworld by Morana and Vesna had to rescue him, therefore being Sun back to the world, and it is supposedly repeating every year, or is the reason why Sun dissapears during winter so fast.

You drew Vesna having two braids and Mokosh having one, but it's actually the other way around. In the Slavic folklore, young woman wore one braid that represented their energy for themselves, and married adult woman wore two braids from which one was meant to present energy for themselves, and one for their family.

Can you make a comic book series about the Journey to the West😊

@dominicadrean2160 The original depictions of the Slavic and Norse deities male and female a millennium ago are not realistic, but deliberately stylized and exaggerated pagan medieval art that medieval Western Christian art borrowed from.

Me: Wait A minute. She's trying to steal MY Persephone's and Aphrodite's job. Vesna: Whoa, whoa, whoa let's not get too angry let's settle down and talk this over. I'm sure we can resolve this. Me:W-Why are you looking at me like that ? She kissed me but I instantly pulled her off and said: Me: I'm already taken for. I'm with Persephone and Aphrodite.
