he was speaking in tagalog or filipino bro! his target viewers are filipinos, however filipinos speak english fluently, btw im also a filipino!😊, he was saying that he is a collector of vintage or classic scooters and bikes like vespa and lambretta and the like, so he was showing his collections! i hope this gives you idea on what he was talking about.
