Nicely done Video. I watched it to see how the headlight handlebars "clam shell" comes apart without breaking, but you didn't show that. Very good advice throughout the video. Well done.

Sorry about not showing the clamshell you know what happened says there's so much detail and when I edit the videos which takes quite a bit of time I look to chop out stuff because I'm always afraid it'll be so much detail that no one will watch it or be able to sit through it.

@@luisminumerouno if you are somewhat mechanically inclined and willing to learn and take your time you might just have to do it yourself by watching different KZbin videos and using the service manual it'll take time but if you do one system at a time starting with maybe the carburetor and getting the engine running it should work out okay I'm surprised no mechanic's want to work on it because fundamentally the design hasn't changed much over the decades

@@pcofranc I just wanted to get It road worthy and get Myself out on It ,and My Mechanic did several things to It but could not solve the Racing Engine when It started ,then the Speedo quit so I took It to a Piaggio Dealer but He will go no further with It because the MOT requirement has changed and now He says that the Wheels and Engine mounting are corroded etc etc etc .I have sourced all the Parts needed but They do not want to go any further so... I have been reading the Manual and looking at You Tube etc and so I think My Son and I will have a look at It ,the Engine has always run ,I think We will have a look at the Speedo and inspect the Corrosion when I get It back I have always sprayed It with ACF ,thank You Paul for Your interest and encouragement ,it is so refreshing .Thank You

I will have a look at both ends of the Speedometer First ,It has done this before ,just stopped and then started again,so Who knows might be something small ,My Dad always had Cars and Motorcycles ,My Brother and My Nephew too ,I do so much admire Mechanical Men and I love Engines etc .I have a Suzuki Savage LS650 but have been Ill and lost My confidence ,still have It also a Ducati 600ss which was stolen and trashed ,never got to ride It ...hence reverting to the Scooter
