Vesper's Host is Pretty Easy: Dungeon Guide and Explanation

Vesper's Host is the newest dungeon released in Destiny 2 during Season 25 or Episode 2: Revenant. Overall it is a fairly easy dungeon once you know what to do, and here is your guide on how to do it.

Mechanics:
Red Operator Buff:
Shoot the 4 glowing red panels to activate them. If you shoot the wrong panel, you will die instantly.
Yellow Scanner Buff:
Your mini-map will display nearby panels and other useful information on a yellow icon. Physically go near these icons to decipher if it is the correct or wrong choice. The correct choice will become a white icon, while the wrong choice will disappear from the mini-map.
Blue Suppressor Buff:
Your grenade is replaced by a replicant creator. Creating and destroying a replicant will Suppress nearby enemies.
First Encounter: Vesper Station
Defeat the Brig and pickup the Yellow Scanner Buff. Go down the three pathways and eliminate all enemies, picking up a Red Operator Buff along the way. In the final rooms use the Yellow Scanner Buff to find the correct panels and the Red Operator Buff to shoot those panels. After you shoot four, a nuclear core will spawn. Deliver this to the main room and deposit it into the Nuclear Box after defeating the Brig. Repeat twice.
Second Encounter: Raneiks Unified
Defeat the operator Shank and deposit into Augmentation Terminal. Defeat the Tech Priest and teleport to the surface. Defeat all Shanks and grab the Blue Suppressor Buff. Suppress Raneiks Unified to split him, and look out for the two servitors with a glow and dots on their faces. Take note of the numbers at the end of their names and go back to the original room. Repeat this once more. Now that you have four numbers, pickup the Red Operator Buff and fire at the numbers on the backwall matching those numbers. All enemies will despawn and a Blue Suppressor Shank will spawn. Defeat this Shank, pick up the buff and suppress Raneiks Unified. This will split him and allow you to DPS. Repeat this process until Raneiks Unified is defeated.
Third Encounter: Corrupted Puppeteer / Atraks
Suppress the Radioactive Atraks clones with the use of the Blue Suppressor Buff to spawn the Red Operator Buff and Yellow Scanner Buff. Defeat the new wave of clones. The person with Yellow Scanner Buff will go near the four pillars in the room and find which is the correct one. The correct one will have a Blue Number on it 1-4. The Red Operator Buff will shoot four panels around the room that match this number. Red flashing lights will appear, so deposit your buffs and follow them down.
Once downstairs continue following the red flashing lights, until you find Atraks. Then interact with the Augmentation Terminals and use the three buffs as follows. Blue Suppressor Buffs will be exactly the same as before, defeat the now respawning Radioactive Atraks clones. Red Operator Buff will scour the room for four panels and shoot them. Atraks will then spawn four clones. Yellow Scanner Buff will go near these clones, until the right one is found. As a fireteam defeat this clone and deposit your Buffs into the Augmentation Terminals. Then pickup the Nuclear Core the clone dropped and head into the bunker in the middle of the room to deposit the Nuclear Core. You are timed from the moment you spawn the Atraks clones to when you deposit the Nuclear Core. Prioritize depositing the Nuclear Core before depositing your buffs, as you are able to get them back. This process will destroy half of Atrak's shield. Run through the Tripmine Tunnel in the front of the room and repeat the process to destroy Atrak's shield.
Once you accomplish this, go through the door you originally came in, then into the room you dropped into. Head to the starting room through a teleporter, then to the surface through the elevator in the back of the room.
Now its DPS time. Watch out for the Thunder Strikes and Atrak's clones. You can damage the real Atraks freely, but make sure to focus on your survival. The way to tell the real Atraks apart is her purple smile and larger frame.
Eventaully a glowing Atraks clone will spawn, defeat this clone and she will drop a Nuclear Core. Pick it up and head to the left side of the arena. The bunker doors will open and you are able to deposit it into the Nuclear Box. Do this or your team will wipe from a large wave of energy. Now you have a bit more DPS time, so damage then be ready for an energy pulse emanating from behind the boss. When this happens she will become immune, so jump down the elevator you came up on to survive. Now all you have to do is repeat the full process until Atraks / The Corrupted Puppeteer is dead.
