Because its a pve build, you should max out cons over smite, because cons is an aoe dot, which plays out better in a pve sceneraio, rather than smite, which is good for pvp for its single target damage

well 30 vit is helpful cause the 10% extra ability radius and 30 dex is good cause you eat and drink much faster so if you didnt do that you just wouldnt do those things
