You don’t have to worry a lot of people here in the PH speak English . If you are going to popular tourist destinations like Palawan and Boracay you don’t have to worry cause a lot of foreigners come to those places

If you're going to Palawan from Manila and vice versa, you can book a flight from Cebu Pacific airline. And all of the people here speak English very well so you don't have to worry.

You don't have to worry, April. Because the Philippines is 5th most english speaking country in the world. If you come here in Manila i would recommend you to go to BGC or Makati but its quite expensive i think.

just a advice..you can find everythinhg that palawan and cebu has to offer in one place and that is in bicol region specifically ALBAY PROVINCE.less expenses,very good food,culture,people,history,beaches,mointains,volcanos and the list goes on..lets make your very first trip in this country the best one,if ever you would go..just an advice.

It takes more time to get to the airport than flying to any island. Even if you go south to Ken's area in Mindanao, it takes just a little over an hour's flight time. Your stay is way short, but you could prolly do an overnight trip taking a flight at the crack of dawn and back the next morning.
