From an ex Iraqi soldier .. living in France now, all I have to say is respect to American soldiers even though they killed a lot of innocent people ! No hate there … the war was like a 50-0 soccer game .. we suffered much more ! The problem is our governments ! We are all the same .. people with feelings and families and stories ! Much respect to you and the American soldiers too ! Great song … god bless America .. god bless Iraq

My father met a significant number of cops who were Vietnam Veterans who joined the PD for two reasons: They needed a tribe to belong to who would have their back and they wanted to be armed all the time because they felt vulnerable if they weren't. He said many kept that mentality for a long, long time.

This song makes my heart hurt and I cry. Thank you Benjo for your service and doing this reaction. I had a uncle that was taken to soon during a war. I also have a brother who fought in Vietnam and our family has suffered for what that war did to him. I have many friends who are Veterans and I am honored to know them. Thank you to all the Veterans 💕🇺🇸

This saddens me. Veterans and current military members are heroes. They're heroes for what they endured. If that's not unconditional love? Then I don't know what is. People don't realize the extent of the injuries and losses. It's not just the veterans and military members, it's their families and all their loved ones too. Thank you for your service.

I agree . I have always said the exact same thing you said. I appreciate everything the troops have done. I think more needs to be done to help you guys. If it wasn't for the troops we would not have our freedom. I would be one to wait for my other half to come home an stay an help anyway I could. If I didn't know I would find out how too. Thank you for your sacrifice and service 🙏

I actually had to scroll down significantly just to find a hit for "veteran reacts to to wrong side of heaven" which was your video and this is the first. The rest were from popular react "stars" (who reacted well mostly, and with illumination). However this should've been a top pick in the search.

Because, I joined for selfish reasons. Vengeance, a chance to have an opportunity to hurt who I felt who offended me during the 911 raid. If any were still alive by the time I went into theatre it would've been a slight chance I could've met them. Instead I fought a proxy war, granted better fought there than on US soil. Still a proxy war, devoid of honor which neither side currently has. The state of warfare today. Apologies for the late and drunken rant.

I just came across this reaction today. First, let me say thank you for your service. I think they need to take away the lifetime pension and medical they give to all politicians and make sure NO veteran is homeless. The politicians sit in a cushy office for a couple years. Many of them are lawyers, etc and are better able to take care of themselves. There should not be one homeless veteran!!!
@Kight2133 жыл бұрын
Saying Thank you seems so insignificant considering what you have endured. Thank you from my heart from someone who lost one of her brothers in Vietnamese Nam. My grandson is a Navy vet. The VA Medical Center is truly trying to help my grandson’s PTSD. Thank you so much for your service. Babe, without your service and the other men and women we wouldn’t be here right now. Love and forever prayers.

Thank you for your service. You are so appreciated weather you know it or not. A few guys I call my brothers are in the military or vets. I've always been a big advocate for vets. But it wasnt until recently that I realized how bad all this really is. A couple days before memorial day I was hanging out with one of them and someone shot off fireworks and he ducked.... it truly broke my heart to pieces. Until I seen that I didnt realize how much all of it really affected you. So from the bottom to the top of my heart THANK YOU SO MUCH! Yall deserve the world 💙💙

This song makes me realize how fortunate my family members who served are, that they have loving family members that would help them out. I go out of my way to help a homeless vet on the streets, my wife and I have put veterans up in our spare room just to get them off the streets. Anything to help, cause I know my grandfather who served in Korea, and my great-uncle who served in Vietnam, and my many Great-Uncles and Aunts who have served since. They would want someone to help them and show appreciation. I wanted to join the army, but couldn't due to a medical condition of my heart, so I can at least do something to help out a soldier. I can't fight by their sides like I wanted to, but I can open my doors to them, give them a warm place to stay with warm food and warm shower.
