the "fighting with your angels in white" part is talking about the nurses in a hospital. this song is written for the children in the princes maxima hospital in holland ( a hospital specialy there for children with cancer). davina wrote it for them to raise money during a radio mission wich is being held for the princes maxima hospital so that no child has to go through the horror that is cancer.

Every year radio station 538 has a mission for a good cause. this year was 2022 for the child with cancer Somewhere in the Netherlands, a glass house is placed in the center where the radio DJs lock themselves up for a long time and then people and Dutch artists come to with a donation and request for songs. Little Jasmine tells her impressive story and Davina Michelle puts on a fantastic performance with the Missie 538 anthem 'January Without You'. Mission 538 in the song Davina sings fighting with the angels in white she means the nurses and doctors who fight cancer together with the little patients
