I'm 100 % P and T for PTSD. I receive aid and attendance. Iam eligible for the caretaker program ? I'm just I'm asking if you can receive both ? Ty

Aid and attendance is a joke I am 100% permanent and total. I applied and was denied because I am not totally bed ridden and drilling. This is thru HST med Center and KC med center.

Just applied for sis n attendance today. I guess my exam went in my favor. I'm confused do I have to be 65. I'm 60 but I'm 100 percent iu/pt
