From living in the Pi for many years, and visiting decades. I have seen so man suspicious acting expats who date women with kids, and i get that creepy feeling when i see some of them. One time i was eating at a restaurant in cebu, and there was a filipina with four kids and a foreigner with them. They were eating outside, and were facing me through the window. He was taking pics of the pics with his phone, he was mainly taking pictures with the filipinas 10 or 11 year old daughter. He was giving her a creepy smile and making her pose. He did not even look or talk with his gf, it was disgusting

Angeles is full of the worst type but I'm not convinced to him admitting he did the girl underage. The only way this could be confirmed is by the girl and a timeline. It appears to me at this point to just be an angry guy who is upset his girl has banged every guy in Angeles.

Typical americans thinkong that 18 yr is age of consent all over the world. Its only usa and very few other countrues where age of consent is 18 years old. Most cpuntrues in the world it is 16 years old. Including almost all of europe. Some few countrues it is 14 year old. So noone is gping to jail for dating 17 year olds in the philippines ;) Age of consent in the ph is 16 years now. Unless you are a person in authority (government wotker, priest, school teacher etc etc). And for foreigners in the Ph? Thrn there is a seperate law in the ph for foreigners, which state the age of consent is the age of the foreigner own country. But never under 16 year. Example usa federal law says 18 year old, so for americans in ph..it wpuld be 18 yr. For Canadians, the Canadian law says 16 yr... so then its 16 yr for Canadians in the ph. But buying sex in the ph IS illegal!. Buying sex from a person inder 18 yr, would then become a veey serious crime. And buying from organized criminals (brothels, parents or anyone authoritian over the girl) would become a VERY VERY seripus crime.

@kikiinthephilippines no. You are MIXING up several laws. There is also a "roneo clause"-law, which has max 3 years apart if the person is below 16 years. Meaning a 18 year can twchnically be with a 15 year old. Romeo clayse law goes down to max 12 year i think. Never under 12. So a 12 year old can be with a 15 year old. A 15 year old can be with anyone between 12 to 18. But the law you probably are mixing up is the 16-18 year with 10 year max age gap. But that is only for certain conditions. And it has more to do with grooming, authority roles, and specified type of roles/jobs that have extra moral restrictions, etc. So there are several layers of laws.not all apply to everyone.
