I got self finance seat in private medical College and I paid 4.5l to medical selection then joined the college. Vci councelling r1 result came out today in that obc cutoff is 81251 something and my aiq rank is 81547 so I think to participate in r2 and by chance if I get seat in government vertinary college can I use this reason and resign my medical seat so that my 4.5l would be refunded or not sir ? Please clarify this 🙏😥
