Vetiver is an amazing grass. Maybe when these communities are sufficiently back on their feet, they can also make perfumes or essential oils using the roots of the grass. Another source of income!

The govt lets Kenyans down. Why have they not helped Kenyans all over the country plant this grass or creat awareness may be we could have saved million of cattle from dying and humans. may be also saving our rivers.

I see this all over the world. They complain about climate change and want everyone to drive electric cars but don't care to tell the people how to do what they need to do like vetiver grass. I concluded all governments hate their people.
