Vetrix is a truly fantastic antagonist (note i have only watched dub, so this is only going on that). He has a fantastic design, an intimidating, commanding presence, a truly perfect voice, which combines the playfulness, insanity and malice of the character beautifully, And all of his lines give off the air that he is much, much more powerful then everyone else.
