Guns are not difficult to make, but the hard part is to make bullets.

I assume you refer to the cartridge as a whole. Casting the bullet is rather easy, as well as making the propellent (black powder) and primer powder. The difficult part is the casing.

This is a 70/87. It was paired with a box magazine in 1887, and originally wouldve had a tube mag and elevator

the Italian vetterli which this is was a single shot rifle when it was adopted by the Italians in 1870 and later in 1887 as weapons technology progressed they converted them to repeaters by adding a 4 shot magazine to them as a stop-gap until they could adopt a new rifle which would be the carcano
