No one's vocals are that stable when dancing that much and jumping down off the steps. People need to stop thinking lip syncing is a bad thing. When someone's pointing it out, it's not hate it's fact. Every singer does it. She didn't lip the whole performance, only the necessary areas in the performance, like when she's jump and dancing, just how a lot of singers do to make sure their whole performance is on point. Again, it's not a bad thing.
