Good video. Thw food pantry I work for bought 2 of these for an RV food bank storage. They were both set to Fahrenheit when fist plugged in. One switched to Centigrade. You mentioned you switched it to Fahrenheit in the video. Does your manual tell how to switch it? The manual I have does not. Thanks
