vevor...it's a brand, Google it and order...pretty freaking simple. as for clearing, remove top over rollers,wash and dry,put cover on and wait to use again.

Do you need to take everything apart to clean it

just the top part around the rollers to clean them,the rest where motor etc are is sealed off and not part of daily maintenance, unfortunately you have to clean these daily.

stainless steel,if you follow protocol and clean and dry after each days use,it'll be fine, just remember the name says it all,stain LESS not never,not proof etc...less,just less likely, you still need to maintain it.

couple tips cut then at a diagonal angle or in cooking terms cut it bias run each piece through 2-4 times For best results, peel outer shell first with a knife,juice gets trapped between the solid barrier and you get less if not shaving off outside at least cut them in half and layer them inverted as much as possible so gears directly hit internal fibers.
