VEVOR Mobility Scooter Test Drive for 21 miles on a charge

I have a new scooter. It’s less than six months old and it will not charge. I haven’t even drove it enough to charge it not really it says in the manual the switch has to be off in order for it to charge so I turn the main switch under the seat off and tried to charge it. It will not charge so I turn the ignition switch off. Turn the power switch on it’s still will not charge. This is the model BL350-19 please help me I’m about to take a sledgehammer to the damn thing thanks

So sorry, you are having trouble. I did not review the model scooter you have so can not advise. You need to contact VEVOR through there customer service email.

Now it may go 40 miles but not at 15 mph all the way. I went 21 miles and still had lots of battery left, and I did cut my speed at a point to conserve the battery. there are 3 speeds, I am thinking they may have been on speed 2, about 8 mph and get 40 miles. Look at car Gas Milage, you never get what they state. It is not stated what speed, but I can tell you, you can not go top speed of 15mph and get 40 miles. I feel 21 miles and maybe 25 are distances I can make with a speed average of 10 to 12mph. I pull a pet trailer also. I am not going to test for distance as I do not have a way to get it home easily.

@@samowens44 I wish somebody would tell me where is the tenant fuses located on the scooter I have a wiring diagram with my maintenance book but no picture or anything indicating where the tenant fuses located. Of course I’m just barking up trees right now because I cannot get a hold of technical support, although I’ve tried several times, I left my number. Maybe he’ll call me. This is very frustrating to say the least.

@@markbanks8119 I would be happy if I could only get 20 miles out of it. I usually run mine in second gear. I don’t like it’s too fast for me. I’m just having a charging problem trying to charge the unit for the first time it’s been in my tool shed most of the time, I only took it to the zoo once so I can keep up with the grandkids anyway who knows what’s wrong with this crazy thing I know it was Freight damaged when I got it and I’m thinking out loud, but the charger could very well be bad. That’s just guess . I hate it when they don’t give me accurate information and it would be really nice if the electrical components was in English

@@MichaelCartwright-h9b I do not know the location of the fuse you ask for. Here is a link to my video for changing out the batteries.
