Hey guys, I finally replaced the GX CS3 and it's not with the same compressor. I wanted a similar compressor with a built in inverter. Get ready for another ride!

Just got this pump this past Friday. Topped a rifle off from around 2200 to 3000 approximately 10 times and it worked great. I timed it a couple times and it took about one and a half minutes. Today I go out to top my rifle off to 3000 and it won’t go past 2500. I’m going to watch through some more of your videos to see what else I might learn about this thing before digging into it. My GX-CS3-1 died after a couple of days and all I did was top off my impact directly. Amazon took it back and gave me a full refund and the next compressor I bought was the Omega Air Charger and I guess you get what you pay for lol It has been used since 2022 and never misses a beat. You should get one to try out for the channel!!! It can do tanks and all that stuff because it's water cooled but I only use it to top off rifles directly. I don't have any use for tanks or anything because I have my own land that I plink around on so going back to the compressor to refill is not an issue

@preyingmathis2517 I like the Omega Air Charger, SG had two or 3 of them and always bragged about them but I was always the cheap guy and he used to tease me all the time about being cheap, except for the airguns. He even gave me a hard time about my Hill, which is not cheap but I just tried to be different than my buddies and a lot of times it cost me big time but sometimes I got a good one. My GX-CS3 ran for two years plus for me before SG talked me into trading it. I had a little trouble with the Vevor and the Hill but in the end they are still chugging. The only way I would buy an Omega Air Charger now is if they Hill goes down. By the way, I bought the Hill because I could find an Air Charger in stock. LOL

My GX compressor has been good to me. I can’t say that about the Nomad II. Air Venturi (pyramid) is the absolute worst to deal with. I’m on my 3rd warranty within 8 months and have only had a working compressor for 3 out those 8 months! I warn everyone to avoid the Nomads. I’ll be making my own review on it soon. I just need to find the time to make it happen. I’m am beyond frustrated with them.

@@bluecollarsportsman613 yeah, my first Nomad II exploded after less than 3 months. They replaced it with a new unit 8 weeks later and that unit wouldn’t pressurize when I received it. I sent it in and they replaced the piston seals. I got it back two weeks ago and it didn’t work for more than 2 days. I spent over $900 after tax and shipping on the Nomad II. The GX I bought on Amazon was 1/3rd the price and I paid $35 extra for an extended 3 year warranty. If anything ever goes wrong I can get a replacement within 2 days. I regret wasting my money on the Nomad and anyone thinking about getting one should definitely look somewhere else.

@hillside I know, alot of people prefer the camera but the phone is so much easier to use than the camera. When I'm shooting, I will be using the camera's most of the time. Sory and thanks for the comments.

ive got this compresser, it failed the first 3 pressure 30second tests. then it started working properly. i contacted support and let them know what happened. and they sad they were sending me parts to rebuild it. well i expected some plastic o-rings and stuf. they sent pretty much the whole compressor pump and autostop control and everything i would need to rebuild it except the case and power supply. so i give vever top notch customer service skills, once you get their attention. email them if you have an issue dont call.

Looks like to me that would doesn't have the oil and water separator built in like the one you traded your buddy maybe you should have traded your Buddy the new one

Well I don't use the Vevor as much as I use the Yong Heng and Remember I still have the Hill, so somewhere between the 3 and my external filters and my bottle I got this. 🙃

@@bluecollarsportsman613 they sent me a whole , well everything in the case but the power supply, and the compressor still works fine now . but when it , if it , when it needs re-building they already sent the parts, cant say anything bad except they do not answer the phone

Spooky👻stuff, Vevor compressors are the in thing ( on the UK market) and it's their brand I have been watching, and here's my favourite compressor reviewer, reviewing one, Halloween is over but that is the eeriest coincidence. Hope it works out for you Kenneth, and maybe for me. Ps, I am of an age where metric or Imperial both sound fine. Good luck.

Bought one, it died on the second use in less than a week of ownership. They offered me parts and then offered me 1/4 refund. I asked multiple times for a full refund and or exchange or upgrade. Nothing. Do not buy if you value reliability and your hard earned money. Still dealing with Vevor support. Would not buy from this company ever again. Very disappointing. Cheap junk.
