This is cool! I'm thinking about getting a thermal label to print shipping labels but didn't even know you could dual purpose use it for creativity labels, my wife will love that aspect!

I got the same product bought it few days ago. If you press the button 3 seconds it automatically checks which size the label is. But why I have to choose the size of the label in the app then ? There is no auto function

I just use the rollo brand from Amazon. Doesn't matter the brand as long as you get the correct size
