I appreciate that!, i’ve had many product managers reach out to me, most of them I respectfully declined. But I like Tools so I will work with Vevor if I can.

I have used these ultrasonic cleaners for years and years. I could not have cleaned up and had the success with the inline four carb banks without it.I have a 2.5 liters and a 10 liter unit
@amsoiladam6 ай бұрын
Yes, the in-line four carburetors are the main reason. I always wanted one.

I’ve been using that same one for around six years. I use it for cleaning musical instruments & parts. Brass & woodwinds. I use a simple green crystal with water mixture and it works great. 👍

Pour hot water in the unit from the tap and then put in the soap of your choice. Use clean filtered water..does not have to be deionized

Ultrasonic cleaners work really good on carburetors that carburetor was not fully disassembled would do a better job if all the jets and the float and everything was out of it I’ve never used green cleaner and mine, but it looks like it does a pretty decent job and yes, the piece you had in your hand was the fuel pump for an outboard engine… the small parts basket can be bought at McMaster Carr or you could probably find one online somewhere. They were good at holding the Jets and everything so you don’t drop them in the bottom of the tank.🇺🇸👊🏼👊🏼….. yes, Adam, you do not have to drain it and clean it after every use
@amsoiladam6 ай бұрын
I agree that the Jets need to be taken out even when doing a cleaning with an ultrasonic cleaner. And in this case, the jet was removed already. I think the simple green does a pretty good job. And a small parts basket is a must have in my opinion.

A trick to use, instead of putting cleaner in water, put parts in zip lock bag or plastic container with cleaner and place in water. You will not need to clean your water every time.

How many amps does it pull? My garage has several 15amp and several 20 amp breakers. I will use it for firearm cleaning and coating.

I believe I stated that it only drew 600 W, which would be only about 1/3 of a 15 amp circuit
