What a ripping game 1929’s grand final was. I was at the game and the atmosphere was insane. Well played Collingwood for managing to get over the tigers by 29.

Yes I understand that it's the Grand Final that matters (obviously) but at least the Tigers broke the Magpies 18 game winning steak in the Second Semi Final by 62 points, preventing them to get the perfect season

You make the grand final for the CHANCE to win it... If you are good enough to earn a spot in the GF, you deserve the chance to win... but you might lose... People laugh at Collingwood for their record of losing GFs, neglecting the fact that they have made SO MANY GFs... 45 including draws... the closest clubs are Carlton and Essendon, both with 29
