Ahh humberside where I trained and passed my IMC Rating - typically a KLM jet called inbound and so they held me in the VOR Hold. ‘Unlucky for you’ said my examiner ‘now you have been asked, I’m going to have to test you on it!’ - typical...round and round the hold I went...and eventually shooting off down the ILS - lol!

Ah the ultimate IMC Gotcha. You don't have to be trained to perform holds, but if one happens on the test, you have to be able to fly it!
