Hello maam i am from cebu phil. I submitted my passport for stamping @VFS Global Cebu then forwared to Vfs manila to ircc. I choosed the "for pickup" option because i thought it will be the fastest way for my passport to be sent back here in cebu. Hello! That's correct po. It depends on the pathway, the complexity of your application, and the visa officer. You can check the average processing time in IRCC website, however it does not guarantee that you will get a decision by that same time frame because it's just the average. Mine took 6 weeks all in all.

Hello po, pag same ng VAC yung biometrics and passport stamping no need to pay for transmission fee. For dependents, pwede po kayo ang magsubmit ng passport nila dala lang po kayo ng IDs or birth certificates.
