the g3 that he soul charges activates its skills when he put it to the soul. The g3's skill activates when u put it to soul by card's ability which in this case the servant, then it would be bound to bind zone face down.

Oh? You used the VGs skill to put undercover Gauge to your order that doesn't have gauge. Though all your orders already have gauge in it.
