Pause it exactly at the beginning of incine's side B, you'll see that the ring ropes are just down below the stage but there is no space for Snake to go through there, he collides with the stage so the move is interrupted and SkyJay probably pressed B waiting for to the move to connect so he unintentionally made a neutral B, but he has still able to recover.

This is probably one of Incineroar's better top tier matchups, if not his best. He can just revenge anything

Incin actually has a winning matchup against snake. He can punish cypher(as you've seen), and snakes LOVE to shield, and incin loves catching people shielding. Either a snake pollutes the air with 20 explosions and gives incin free revenge, or hes forced to tango with the cat who has some of the best frame data. At anything above mid level play I put it 7-3 Incineroar's favor
