@Zack Shippage Working at exactly 0% is the problem. We saw how it stalls matches with Leffen/Zero (can't remember) fighting a Luigi who didn't want to engage freshly respawned Zero/Leffen unless they come down from the platform so he can grab at 0%. Zero/Leffen knew they wanted to grab at 0 so they just stood still on top a platform to deny the Luigi the opportunity to start their nonsense. It' s such a dominant, easy combo with a GUARANTEED kill, so the Luigi will be content just putting in no effort and waiting for the grab opportunity at 0% instead of earning it the organic way.

Everyone at this tournament seems to be pretty nervous not being able to do complete combos, just thinking about once they stop being so nervous the game is going to be even more insane than it currently is - I love this game!

In Ultiamte it's almost impossible to complete combos on skilled oppoenents. You can jump out of mostly everything and some extender put you at risk of buffering something by accident Sometimes just taking the advantagous position is better than extending combos and risking losing it
