The name of this tech is djcz (double jump cancel zair) and you have to press 2 buttons at the exact same frame. It's so freaking hard. So for me who can't be 100% accurate when i do a short hop it's even harder

@@fukopi djcz and snakedash are 2 different thing, although they have the same input basically a snakedash is the faster version where you don't even wait for the hitbox to come out and just use it for the momentum as a movement option

Good Lucas spacing requires Melee levels of schmoovement and a zutty amount of patients, it shouldn't be surprising that top Lucas's are pressing 4x as many buttons than simpler characters.

It’s double jump cancel Zair, essentially shorthop then double jump and zair at the same time while holding a direction. Also great for movement.

@@hidalgopika Nope, it's "djcz" (Double Jump Cancel Zair) or if you prefer "wavezair", a really hard technic to perform (I think 2 frame of margin). That's the same technique that make "Zair -> Zair -> Zair -> Zair" true
