I know WaDi has a good mewtwo, but with almost everyone pretty much playing a rush down character now I feel like his mewtwo is struggling, mewtwo feels like a character who wants to approach but can easily retreat, when the bar fight is going on they are on the outskirts knocking out some people then retreating to hide or chuck beer bottles at people

indeed. normally wadi likes to get info in the first game with mewtwo and then punish in the next games. But with a player like riddles i feel like he got steamrolled so fast he got nothing to use and because of that the rob failed. rough stuff

i think all of his characters struggle with matchups and while he's learning more, i really think that his only tourney competent characters are icies mewtwo and rob. mewtwo loses to a lot of relevant characters. his playstyle is prone to being overwhelmed by the amount of fast players and his advantage state is relatively weak.

That's called experience. Riddles is just too good as demonstrated. He knows when and how to use the go meter in combos, openers and punishes; it's not a brainless exercise. Riddles proves this over and over again that he's a top tier player. I have nothing against Wadi, but this match shows Wadi's game weakness with Terry and Riddles capitalized it for the victory. GG!
