My analysis: You can't camp a solid camping Diddy as Pikachu. You need to keep stage control against Diddy like Esam tried in game 1, as you see what happens when you fail at it. Diddy neutral is to solid to give him center stage control. As a more defensive Pikachu main (and I do play aggressive as well), once you take control of the match you need to hold it with tenacity. In some other matchups you can play more neutral based, but this is definitely not one of them. With Zero's Neutral being so good I can see why Esam can struggle to get things rolling. This was a great set for me to learn from.

I think if Esam managed to get a lead on ZeRo and forced him to approach it would have been a different story, especially if Esam managed to get a banana. He could have literally stalled ZeRo out.
