Here is the latest case laws which are applicable and having its importance for May 2019 Exams. The case laws are among the latest case laws issued by ICAI. Only relevant case laws / judgement are covered. Rest of them are either covered in classes/ amendment classes or overruled by the Amendments by Finance Act.
