I got this from Amazon in Sept.2020 and was very happy with it. But now it is not working. In the manual there is no english. Just saw your video and opened it and found lot of hairs inside. Nicely cleaned it. But it is still not working. Is fully charged and the blue light is coming. Please help.

I have the same model. Bought it a year ago. But now it's getting slower. I change the battery too. Worked fine for few days. But it's slow again. Cleaned the blades and oiled them, but didn't helped. Do you have any solution?

You are meant to oil them regularly, i would say every once a month or more depending on how often its being used. If you start cleaning the blades and oiling them later will not solve the problem. As you have already damaged the smaller components inside the trimmer that have probably become rusty which leads to malfunction.

@@IreIre i used to oil my trimmer every few weeks. I kept it cleanand, never damaged it or dropped it. But something just happened to it a month ago. It just won't start. I thought it was a battery malfunction. So i replaced the battery with a upgraded model of same battery. It worked fine after i charged it. But now, I'm having the same problem. I don't know what's happening. Only thing i can say that the blades are in perfect condition and nothing's wrong with them. The problem is with the wiring, motherboard or motor.

@@ice75551 nah, I used to clean it regularly. But now it doesn't matter. I bought a new one from boat for ₹1100($14) and it's better than any trimmer i used till now.

I cut my friend's hair and I think this vgr model with the adjustable trimmer is great for blending lines on a fade. What's your take on this?

Yes this is good for fading but i would still recommend getting a actual hair clipper with a lever

Hi I have a question about the 12 and three setting which one would be the shortest please. I use it to cut my sons hair as he has special needs will go to a barber but I find it very good but just not sure how those settings work? Yes it's still working fine. Any trimmers made by any brand can last long. You just need to maintain it properly.
