Tina if you're out there, your console is good as new. Lol sometimes old consoles tell a story. I find them all the time, written on, painted on, plastered with stickers from a different time it's really interesting.

Hey brother, di d you ever find a snes jr power jack? Do you think it would be posible to midify one of the original ones that ar eon ebay for about 5$?
@PunkNDisorderlyGamer3 жыл бұрын
Nah I don’t think they make them, I wish I could replace this eyesore though.
@aaronkosharskyswhiteknight52243 жыл бұрын
@@PunkNDisorderlyGamer is it possible to just hack up one of the replacement ones for the first gen? just cut around the port and use that?

What if I want to put the LED in the front like the original fatter SNES? Same thing, but with the LED added to the front of the console? Also thanks for the video man...

Shouldn't of used a knife tip to solder the wires kinda of overkill for that purpose unless your drag soldering.. Maybe just use a chisel tip instead.

@PunkNDisorderlyGamer4 жыл бұрын

Nice job. Those power connectors can be a pain. Heat shrink tubing would be a great improvement over tape. It won't come loose, ever. Also, a small dab of hot glue would prevent the LED from coming loose due to dipshit users. Easy to remove for future repairs too. Keep up the great work preserving these classics.
