I understand your pain. VHS-C is such a problematic format. The crinkled up tapes, the cheap adapters, it’s so annoying. You have to stand by the player and supervise the playback to make sure there are no issues…

Yep!! And even more so if it’s in LP orrrr god forbid EP!! Worse format ever.

Just did 22 VHS-C's for a customer...it was....annoying. Had to Use my TBC for almost every single one

Yep! People just don’t understand how shyte the format is and anyone asking for a quote and balking at the cost, you know for a fact they’re just looking for the lowest bid and are gonna 1000% get complete and utter shyte back.

It's sad that you have to defend using elgato. Elgato works and works well. 99% of people don't care what you use to capture there videos with. They just want there transfers look clean, clear and the sound is loud.

Exactly! Perfectly said. And for the user to have stable, reliable software. So many programs can crash during and after capture while rendering the files after, imagine a 6hr EP VHS capture complete and then the program freezes and crashes?! It’s maddening!
