They should do something about Heartsteel in my opinion. I don't think it's ok for almost every bruiser to build it and go unpunished. It's been that way since it release. It's supposed to be for tank but half the melee roster uses it😂. To put salt on the wound, they nerfed Titanic Hydra which is the Item that is supposed to be built by Bruisers 😂.

Its a bad choice to get HS as second item because the earlier u get it u will have more stacks idk i strongly advise against that even though you will see ppl doing it daily no point having a HS with 300 stacks at 20mins when as first item u can get double or tripple that
