Viktor was from Zaun, but made it to Piltover, the big difference is that they stole his research and made him depressed and decides to go back to Zaun and help them out. Like Viktor is the creator of Biltz and if you know Blitz you know how good of a guy is. Viktor is just trying to help people in his own way. Jayce doesn't care much about Zaun and I think they are just fleshing out the reasons why they became what they are.

The game really is good though.. the community.. is not.. It's when you play solo that things aren't fun because the community is sooo toxic. But the game, from a game designer and concept is actually quite good. The average PvP player will be what it is..

Vi was always the enforcer of her family unit. When it was with the kids in Zaun, she was the defender, the one that people backed away from. She was the one who stepped up and defended Powder, she taught Ekko which led him to lead the Firelights, she is the one who made Milo back down, and was someone who provided support and almost mentorship for Claggor when he was too passive to really step up on his own. Vi has always been an enforcer, not because Riot wrote it into her lore, but because it is who she is as a person.

It’s a testament to the storytelling that VI’s going to the enforcers is such a surprise given her history with them and piltover. Even if that’s essentially endgame in the game. Still it’s important to remember the context. Powder just committed a huge crime with her rocket attack on the piltover councel. Likely killing most or all of them and causing an international incident with the visiting Noxian general. Literally everyone is going to be gunning for Powder. So Vi having to joins the enforcers may be the only way she can stay on the case and stay close enough to try and help keep Jinx from getting killed.

I think a lot of people were also just upset because they're realizing she's actually not a good person. It really sucks to find out someone you like sucks, and people are learning that Vi is kind of always been a bad person. Seeing her join the cops a lot of people are sad to see her join the dark side.

After I got into arcane I started to learn about LoL lore and stuff because I just needed *More* after arcane finished. Was very surprised Vi is canon police badass but have been excited to see when/where it happens for her in arcane! Idk I like enforcer Vi, who better to become an enforcer than someone who knows how to be powerful and how NOT to treat people when you have power? Someone who grew up under the thumb of said power. I feel like she's meant to make the enforcers better
