My town holds an Easter pageant every year and this year I played a person in the mob. They played this song during the scene (by the same name) where Jesus carried the cross to Calvary and I wanted to cry. I never get tired of listening to this song, only Christians can listen to it. If a non Christians just listened to the lyrics they might be able to turn to Christ the King. He was the only one who can go through Via Dolorosa. He chose to go through the process of all of mankind. There were many who was cruified on the cross. But those prisoners never had the ground shake, darkness all over the world. But only one man actually done it all for you and me. He was lead to the slaughtered by sinful men and he didn't opened his mouth. He had nothing to confess to any sins because he had no sins to confess.

Each time I heard this song I am weeping and my heart broken just imagine Jesus suffering to buy our sins. I was poke once by the same thorns like they put on his head and Jesus condition based on shroud of Turin that his has a broken skull, shoulder and ribs from the beating and strikes on his back. Just imagine the long nails punch thru his hand. I Remember as a human Jesus knowing how he will suffer that day so He was feeling so scared at Getsemani while his was praying to His father in heaven.
