Planning on doing this a couple weeks!! Can’t wait! How did you go with bringing your go pro - did you leave it in your backpack and just brought it out at certain points ? Any restrictions with that that you remember? Awesome video

Their stated policy is gopro is okay, they have helmet mounts, but selfie sticks aren't. That being said I did bring one anyway. The group was small and strong, I went last so I wasn't delaying anyone, and I promised that if I lose it I wouldn't blame them. I did ask first. I think it depends on the guide. That being said it wasn't easy, I had the wriststrap permanently looped through a backpack strap so my hands were free. And when I wasn't using it I tucked it into one of the water bottle holder spots on the outside of my pack.
