The Gata Mountain Range (Cáceres, Extremadura)

We are in a land of olives but also of spectacular landscape and charming villages. We have come to the Gata mountain range, in Cáceres (Extremadura).
We visited the most important villages in this area: Robledillo de Gata, Descarmaría, Santibañez el Alto, Trevejo and San Martín de Trevejo.
We experienced some other adventures:
We drove across the mountain range looking for vultures. Wow! They are amazing!
We knew more about the Spanish olive oil in As Pontes olive mill and we learnt about honey in Cal Xalima.
