Es una de las voces más dulces y afinadas que he escuchado en este bien difícil tema. La canción la compuso el siglo pasado el autor guayanés Manuel Yánez. El río Orinoco es el más grande en Venezuela, y a sus orillas, en el malecón se inspiró el artista al ver un lirio acuático flotar aguas abajo. Eso lo vi muchas veces yo también, y me casé hace medio siglo con una nativa de esa región que me pareció irresistible. 😍

Keep it up, in singing, Lorraina, by doing so, your sharing, the gift, God gave you, in voice, to everyone. In 2018, my daughter, Vanessa, in Jan. 11, died of breast cancer. 10 months later to the day, Oct. 11th, 2018, my wife, Carolyn, died, in my arms, of C.O.P.D. It was devastating to say the least. @@tonyRodriguesbikerTony - oh my goodness. That is the part of life that is so difficult. I can't imagine such a loss as losing a daughter AND your wife. When my mom passed , my 2 dogs who I had for 17 years, also passed. They all died within 30 days of each other. :( I definitely will continue to share what God gave me. It has been my saving grace many times, but especially during this horrible coronavirus pandemic. I am blessed to have so many beautiful friends in music. Take care of yourself.
