Meredith did leverage brooks’s sexuality lmao. She implied Angie’s husband was unfaithful AND/OR gay. When she told Lisa rumors and nastiness about Angie’s husband on the 3rd episode of the season just because Angie showed up to a dinner. And then Angie and her husband defended themselves and said it’s homophobic which then Meredith said she couldn’t have been homophobic because her son is gay…THATS using and leveraging her sons sexuality to say NASTY EVIL stuff about Angie’s husband. Had Meredith kept her mouth shut and respectful, all of this wouldn’t have happened. But Meredith wants to throw a stone and hides her hand and say “oh I didn’t say it” oh but you opened the door and shed light on it which made Monica to say it.

well no, monica and whitney were the ones who brought those explicit rumors to the show. if people wanna be upset at meredith for threatening to spread rumors about angie and shawn, that makes sense. but meredith didn’t speculate about shawn’s sexuality

@ she implied that his marriage with Angie wasn’t stable. They did admit that there was rumors about him being gay in SLC in the past but Meredith was the one that bought it onto the show and if Meredith didn’t do that, Monica and Whitney wouldn’t even have talked about it. But Meredith knew if she threatened him to Lisa that it would open up a whole thing and it did!

@ monica and whitney weren’t even there to witness “the rumors and the nastiness” and even if they found out, they didn’t need to bring it to the show because meredith didn’t ever bring it up again. those two are grown women, they don’t need to do anything for meredith. they brought up rumors about shawn’s sexuality on their own volition.

@ lmao did you watch the show? Meredith told Whitney that Meredith had dirt on Angie’s husband when they were leaving Palm Springs. And Whitney was disgusted that Meredith was threatening Angie and her family which is why it got bought up to monica. Had Meredith not threatened with the rumors to Lisa or Whitney, Monica wouldn’t have said it. I’m not saying Meredith made them say it in a direct way as in an investigator vs suspect sit down, she made them say it in an indirect way.

Meredith was mean and cold to Angie the moment Angie went to Palm Springs when Angie is a snowflake holder. Monica and Angie asked Meredith where her receipt was because Meredith said Angie said she would never be friends with Meredith and Meredith failed to give a receipt. So it seems like Meredith is the one that has a problem with Angie
