Why is he not wearing gloves when handling evidence?
@ArchieRLib15 күн бұрын
Because it's already been analyzed and processed and is now a court exhibit.

@@ArchieRLibthat doesn’t matter. He should still be wearing gloves. What if there were a mistrial ? Or an appeal ? They should ALWAYS wear gloves when handling any form of evidence weather it’s been submitted as evidence as a court exhibit or not.

@ No. It's already been analyzed and processed. A new trial just makes it a new exhibit. Contamination only applies during collection, processing and analysis.

They usually do wear gloves in court even so. But the rules might be different in different states? Since it has already been analysed and processed etc. Not probably an issue. This is in a legal setting after all. (Also, didn't she get it via mail order or something? So another guess is that it's the contents that are important, not the bottles?

This witness has my respect for his true professionalism. He's so clear, not that I pretend to understand chemistry, I believe him.. before studying deeper. Appreciate that we have people as this that work for the people 🙏 , not chasing the corporate dollar.
