I think your card turned out to be really pretty. I don't have a problem mixing products, even though kits are nice. I think it's funny that all of the different sized slimline cards are popping up. Years ago, card makers were making slimline cards and they were the standard 4 x 9. Just like so many other things, they just kind of went away. I love Anna's slimline dies & embossing folders, because I get to make the size cards I prefer. Thank you so much for sharing your creative process and your very special work of he"art".

Gorgeous Card 🥰 I was going to sell my slimline gentleman's study but now I'm keeping it 🤣 Don't worry, I'll force myself to destash something else. I'm getting good at it. I had the swag cut & embossing folders and I have no idea what address HSN put on the box but it said returned to sender on tracking. I just got a refund. Bleh I didn't feel like to playing postal roulette again. Yeah it's the disenchantment 🤣

Regarding Anna Griffin embellishments if the back is white it will be a sticker, if off-white or ivory it’s not a sticker.

Yeah, I think what threw me off was the first one I peeled...off camera...it was a sticker. Apparently, she mixed and matched stickers and non-stickers in that Toile set. Kind of weird. TY!

Your card came out really nice. I like your choice of the dark patterned mat. These looks are part of the reason I don’t really like most of Anna Griffin’s things...because she just does too much. I actually like this set because it is more toned down for her, but the examples are NOT for men! If she doesn’t understand how to design for men then she should just leave it alone.
