Hi Vianney, I am glad that you got your CC Celebration card layout, on the third of December HSN said in an email thanks we received your order as they always do with Auto Ship and then a week later this past Tuesday, I received two emails messages one stated that my order was cancelled because they were sold out (WHAT! 😳) an auto ship sold out, and the second message stated that they were sorry unfortunately, they just found out the item is no longer available REALLY! 🤦‍♀I have not contacted HSN yet I need to cool down a little bit before doing so lol 😄this is ridiculous

Hey Vianney, glad to see you got your Layout Collection Auto ship. HSN cancelled my auto ship stating that they sold out I was wondering how that could be when I was signed up for the Auto ship already. So now I am missing that last one SMH.

I am hearing this from other people, too. That is so wrong, like you said...especially bc we signed up for AS...you should be accounted for. I am so sorry that happened.

i just contacted HSN, and was told that the vendor was unable to fulfill the order, so they had to cancel the order

hi vianney, i love watching your videos. HSN, cancelled my last AS for this collection, also. i contacted them and they blamed CC. i contacted CC and they sent out a statement stating it was HSN that was at fault. in all the years i have been with HSN i have NEVER had this problem. do you have any suggestion on how we can complete our collection? I am so sorry that happened. Do you recall they really messed up the "numbers" shipments? I hope you did receive that one. In my mind, this was not the last shipment...but I didn't look at the schedule before making the video. I would keep an eye out at CC's own site, they may sell them later. What a bummer, I'm so sorry.
