I’ve been a skateboarder all of my life. I found choppers 12 years ago and it turned my world upside down. 6 years ago I stared therapy and my life has never been the same. My life is rich and full and the perspective it’s given me has made my relationships, and life that much better. To everyone out there that is thinking about it, I would encourage you to do it. As a community, we got your back.

Nice to see Bernard again! Happy to see he's found a way to work through the things he needs to work through. I told a friend once, "Some people pay $200 an hour to talk to therapists, I take a bottle of whiskey to the garage and wrench on the bike for an hour.". Anyhow, nothing but love for Bernard, I hope he experiences every success. ✌

This video really touched me. I started therapy two weeks ago. Taking back the things I used to love (bikes included ). It’s been a great decision. When Bernard says that the first days were confusing, he is telling the truth. Ride safe! Greetings from PR. 🇵🇷

Once you find the therapy that suits you you will benefit from it for sure. I myself have been struggling with anxiety disorder and have been going to therapy for it onand off for many years. it does help. I also noticed that the only time I don't have anxiety is when I ride the bike 😂.
